  • What are Edge Life® Digital Contact Cards and how do they work?

    Digital Contact Cards are an easy way to share your details with another person via a QR Code without touching. Unlike traditional business cards where they need to be touched by everyone.


    Open up your Digital Contact Card to the person you want to share and ask them to scan the QR Code. Then they are prompted to open a browser to see your Digital Contact Card. 


    Remember to encourage them to "ADD to Home screen" then it will convert their Digital Contact Card into a WebApp for the full experience. When you do, they'll notice a button has been added to their home screen so their Digital Contact Card can quickly be found and open when they need it next.

  • How long before I get my new Digital Contact Card & Tap2Share Sticker?

    As soon as we can. Turn around time currently less than 48 hours. Maybe even quicker. 


    Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker will be sent the next working day via Australia Post.

  • Do I have to put every detail of my card or can I have only a few things?

    Great question. 


    No, you don't have to display ALL your information you submit on your Order Form. 


    There are only 3 mandatory parts to display on your Digital Contact Card are:

    1. Your Name
    2. QR Code
    3. Your personal Digital Contact Cards URL link address for sharing.

    Beyond that, you can have as much or as little as your desire.

  • What can I have on my Digital Contact Card?

    You can have virtually anything as you would for a normal contact card. Like, your contact details, and links to all your Social Media pages. 


    And for businesses: location maps, and opening times, etc. And ALL Digital Business Cards get a QR Code with their Digital Contact Cards link embedded inside.

  • What about Privacy & Digital Contact Card Security?

    The information you provide us on your Order Form is for the purposes of security, invoices, designing your Digital Contact Card, and assists Edge Life® in helping you effectively. 


    We never sell, share or give your details to anyone not directly involved and that you haven't authorised for your Digital Contact Card design and management.


    Even your Digital Contact Card has Encrypted Security with the latest SSL Certificate.


    You can relax knowing we take privacy and security very seriously.

  • Changing prices and where does the money go?

    FYI... Prices may vary, increase, and change. So, it's a good idea to lock in your purchase.


    Why? Because whatever the yearly subscription is when purchasing, it remains the same for as long as it remains paid up-to-date and amounts never increase for the life of your Digital Contact Business Card.


    All proceeds go to building EDGE LIFE Ministries and towards helping people with their practical needs where they need them most.

  • Can I have more than one Digital Contact Card?

    Absolutely! Some families may want one for each family member. Some businesses may want one for each employee/sales rep. There are no limits.


    If you are a married couple, you can have a background picture of both of you, however, only one person's contact details can be on each Digital Contact Card.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Credit Card, Debit Card & PayPal for simplicity.


    You don't need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment via PayPal.

  • When and How do I renew my subscription?

    Your subscription automatically renews each year until you send us an email to cancel. 


    Your account will expire one month after the anniversary and then your digital card will delete automatically.

    Whatever the yearly subscription is when you purchase, it is locked-in for as long as you have your Digital Contact Card with us and it is paid up to date. No price increase, ever!


    PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH ANY CHANGES to your billing details. For example your Credit / Debit Card Expiry Date etc. ASAP!!!

  • FAQ's for Edge Life® Tap2Share Stickers.

    How do I share with non-compatible phones?

    iPhones as old as the iPhone 5S and almost all Androids can use their camera to scan your Edge Life® Digital Card's QR code.


    How to turn NFC on for an Android.

    Some Android phones have NFC turned off by default!


    If your Android is not reading the Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker, go to your phone settings and search for "NFC". Then make sure you have this turned on!


    Will my Edge Life® Sticker work under my phone case?

    Yes! Edge Life® Stickers will work through 99.9% of phone cases, including ones that hold credit cards. The only exception would be if your case has a layer of metal.


    Which smartphones can I Edge Life® Sticker my Digital Card to?

    For iPhones, the iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, SE and all future iPhones are compatible with the Tap feature of the Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker.


    When reading from the Edge Life® Sticker, iPhone 7 and newer are compatible with Edge Life® Tap2Share Stickers!


    Virtually all Android Smartphones are compatible with the Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker.


    Will my Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker interfere with my wireless charger?

    No, Edge Life® Tap2Share Stickers have no effect on your phone's wireless charging capabilities and will not interfere.


    Does the Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker have to be placed on my phone?

    No! Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker can be placed anywhere you want. You can put a Edge Life® Sticker:


    - on your laptop

    - in your car

    - on a restaurant table

    - in your office

    - in an open house

    - the possibilities are endless!


    The Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker doesn't communicate to the phone it is on, it communicates to the phone it is sharing info to.


    Can I have multiple Edge Life® Tap2Share Stickers linked to 1 Digital Contact Card account?

    Yes, you can! With the Edge Life® Contact Card, you can activate as many Edge Life® Tap2Share Stickers as you want with the same account. Each additional Edge Life® Sticker costs a one-time $35 for each one and includes postage. Just email your requests to orders@teamedge.org.


    What cases can Edge Life® Stickers stick to?

    Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker sticks nicely to all case materials except leather and some silicone. For these types of cases, we recommend either sticking the Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker underneath your case (yes Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker works through most cases!).


    For all other cases including placing directly on the phone, Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker is good to go!


    What if I damage my Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker, can I get a replacement?

    Yes, you can request a replacement Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker. 


    Replacement Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker costs $35 and includes postage. 


    When the payment hits our account we'll manufacture you a new Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker and post it to you immediately. 

  • Do you offer a discount?

    Love this question. On occasions, we offer 20% Off. 


    If you happen to see the discount being offered, purchase quickly because it rarely is offered and never lasts long.

  • Can I get a part or full refund?

    Great question, the answer is, no.


    We can't refund the labour costs of our tech and design team. We pay all the setup and going costs at the beginning of the billing cycle.


    For example, if you had your Digital Card for two months and decided to cancel it.... there would be not part refund because the services had been purchased for the whole year.


    Therefore, make sure you read everything, ask any questions until you are totally satisfied before purchasing your Digital Contact Card. Okay?

  • Are there any other costs not mentioned?

    No. 


    OTHER THAN...


    - If you require a replacement Edge Life® Tap 2Share Sticker, we've got you! Only $35 per Edge Life® Tap2Share Sticker (Includes postage).


    - If later down the track you decide to revamp your whole Digital Contact Card design, background, etc. You'll be charged the subscription amount as a one-time revamp fee on top of the regular yearly subscription.

  • Can I Upgraded to a Professional or Enterprise Digital Contact Card?

    Yes, you can!


    All that required is an email to us with your request. orders at teamedge.org


    Then we'll send you out an email with a link to start a new subscription for the new Edge Life® Digital Card Package and a list of the extra options you can add to your New Upgraded Digital Contact Card.


    *Premium package is a more advanced Digital Contact Card and a new setup and subscription are required.

  • How do I cancel my payments and delete my Digital Contact Card?

    Another good question. There are NO contracts,  you can cancel anytime. 


    How to cancel: Just send us an email requesting your cancellation of your Digital Contact Card and the PayPal Subscription and after we receive your request, the process of canceling and deleting your Digital Contact Card will begin immediately for you. 


    Then we'll inform you that your cancellation has been completed. If you don't hear from us within 48 hours please try again because we never received your request.

  • What if I want to change something. How much will it cost and what should I do?

    Simply send an email to us with your changes to the current details on your Digital Contact Card and we'll change them for you at no cost.

  • What type of images and format do I need to upload for the logo and background and what if I don't have a logo?

    LOGO Image: If you're an individual using the Digital Contact Card for personal use (as a contact card) you don't need to provide us with a logo. For corporate/businesses the best logo to upload needs to have a width of 600px.


    FYI... Our research has shown that having a good quality image of yourself makes the experience for receivers of your Digital Contact Card more impressive and sharable.


    BACKGROUND Image: The best image size to provide for a background is jpg at approximately 2500px Height and 1500px in width. The image needs to have YOU covering up most of the right side of the photo from your waist up to the top of your head and for it to be clear and not blurry.


    If we need something different from what you've provided us we'll let you know, okay?
